With the support of SSVM Missions, a new contemplative cloistered monastery is being built in the former Soviet-ruled Lithuania. Lithuania is located in northeastern Europe, bordered by Poland, Russia, Latvia, and Belarus. Several years ago, we founded a school in Tanzania. This year, thanks to your support of SSVM Missions, we are putting cement around the entire building. Material resources are always a challenge in Tanzania, but we are ready to face any challenge in order to Courageously to the Good!
Thanks be to God, many young women are answering the call to serve God and others by courageously doing the Good. It is a great gift to be able to offer many missionaries to the Church, but we face the challenge of finding a home where the sisters can live and study to prepare themselves for the mission that awaits them.
